Our keycards are compatible with all major hotel lock systems including ASSA ABLOY (VingCard), Dormakaba (Saflok, Kaba, ILCO), SALTO Systems, Onity (Allegion), Samsung Hospitality, Miwa Lock, Hafele, ZKTeco, and Dahua Technology. Yes. Our NFC solutions support smartphone-based room access via Bluetooth and NFC. We offer keycards made from recycled PVC (50-80% post-consumer content), bamboo wood, PPH BioBoard (paper-based), and bio-based vinyl. Minimum order quantities vary by product. Standard white keycards can be ordered from as few as 500 units. Custom-printed keycards with full-colour artwork typically require a minimum of 1,000 units per design. RFID wristbands start from 500 units. Our custom printing capabilities include full-colour CMYK printing, UV spot varnish for premium texture, metallic foil stamping (gold, silver, copper), embossed or debossed logos, matte and gloss lamination, and signature panels. Standard white keycards are typically available for immediate dispatch from our stock. Custom-printed orders require 10 to 15 business days from artwork approval to delivery, depending on quantity and customisation complexity. Rush orders may be accommodated for an additional fee. We provide artwork proofs within 48 hours of receiving your design files.

Yes. We provide sample packs that include blank cards in various chip types so you can verify compatibility with your lock system before committing to a bulk order. For custom-printed orders, we produce a digital proof and can provide a small physical sample run for approval before full production begins.

RFID keycards store only a limited data payload — typically a room number, access level, and expiry timestamp. Guest personal information is not stored on the card itself but remains within the hotel property management system. DESFire cards use mutual authentication, meaning both the card and reader must verify each other before data exchange, preventing unauthorised cloning or data extraction.

Our products and services are designed to support PDPL (Personal Data Protection Law) compliance, which became fully enforceable in Saudi Arabia in September 2024. We do not collect, store, or process guest personal data. Hotels using our keycards retain full control over data handling within their property management systems, and we can advise on best practices for access credential data security.

The card's physical durability depends on material and handling — standard PVC cards withstand normal guest use for 2 to 3 years, while premium laminated cards last longer. Eco-friendly materials may have different durability profiles.
